"Lakeview Le Jardin" When a storm passes by and shatters almost everything, it is easy to dismiss beauty and desire to enjoy the simplicity of life. When we were driving along Cebu City’s Trancentral Highway, a hopeful surprise greeted us in the form of this warm and cozy cafe in the mountains.
